Is cricket ok with the sledging ??? WOAH ! I am loving it !!! :D
It has been in cricket right from its birth and all the anecdotes prove it be very cute :P (of course not always). Some of those incidents involving Indian cricketers are Harbhajan-Symonds row, Yuvraj-Flintoff row which definitely brought the best out of Yuvraj to smash Broad for 6 sixers in 6 balls and many more
Here are few other conversations which i have collected from free sources for your delight ;)
During a 1989 Lords Test, Merv Hughes said to Robin Smith after he played and missed: "You can't f*****g bat." Smith replied to Hughes after he smacked him to the boundary: "Hey Merv, we make a fine pair. I can't f*****g bat and you can't f*****g bowl."
As Daryll Cullinan was on his way to the wicket, Shane Warne told him he had been waiting two years for another chance to humiliate him. "Looks like you spent it eating," Cullinan retorted.
After going past the outside edge with a couple of deliveries, Shaun Pollock told Ricky Ponting: "It's red, round and weighs about 5 ounces." Unfortunately for Pollock, the next ball was hammered out of the ground. Ponting told Pollock: "You know what it looks like, now go find it."
During a test match in the West Indies, Hughes didn't say a word to Viv Richards, but continued to stare at him after deliveries. Eventually Viv said, "This is my island, my culture. Don't you be staring at me. In my culture we just bowl." Merv didn't reply, but after he dismissed him he announced to the batsman: "In my culture we just say f**k off."
Ian Healy's legendary comment which was picked up by the Channel Nine microphones when Arjuna Ranatunga called for a runner on a particularly hot night during a one dayer in Sydney: "You don't get a runner for being an overweight, unfit, fat c**t."
McGgrath: So is Lara good in bed, mate?
Sarwan: Why don't you ask your w*f*?
Fred Trueman bowling. The batsman edges and the ball goes to first slip, and right between Raman Subba Row's legs. Fred doesn't say a word. At the end of the over, Row ambles past Trueman and apologizes sheepishly. "I should've kept my legs together, Fred." The reply: "Not you, son. Your mother should've!"
When Warren Hegg made his debut for England against the Aussies at 32, Steve Waugh greeted him saying, "Look at you, 32 years old and only just making your debut. You should be embarrassed of yourself." Hegg was dismissed shortly after.
James Ormond had just come out to bat on an Ashes tour and was greeted by Mark Waugh. "Look who it is. Mate, what are you doing out here, there's no way you're good enough to play for England." Ormond replies: "Maybe not, but at least I'm the best player in my family."
Again, Mark Waugh standing at second slip when Adam Parore comes to the crease, playing and missing the first ball. Mark says, "Oh, I remember you from a couple years ago in Australia. You were sh*t then, you're f****g useless now."
With IPL in full action, its inter-continental composure bringing players from different continents together, sledging will definitely reduce.
BUT Sledging on the lighter side has always been fun and I am loving it!!!!

Vodafone Zoozoos of IPL2 break
To chill off this high tense atmosphere, Vodafone has come up with a new, cool and funny concept in the Ad world. Yes, its the ZOOZOOS. They are the talk of the town. These Zoozoos were thought to be animated creatures performing in the animated background. But they are not.
ZooZoo characters are actually played by real people. The real people are dressed in white outfits. The sets have been constructed by shadows created by spray painting and ZooZoo’s were conceptualized by the Ad agency O&M.
Election Drama !!!
Price which they win over others is the "Indian Treasury". In return, we the people of this nation are going to pay for this. To make it more clear, let me present you the fact that the estimated election expense for this current election 09 in India is Rs.10,000 Crores. But in the last By-election held in TamilNadu, the expense for bribing the voters alone was estimated to be Rs.60 Crores. If we just formulate the ratio to the whole of our Country it comes to around Rs.162,000 Crores. Even the US election which happened this year, has accounted for just Rs.8000 Crores.
